Shipping Options

Free Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 days

Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States.

Flat Rate Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–11 days

Cost: $220.00

This expedited shipping option is available for customers who wish to
receive their items faster.

Our primary shipping carrier is nildashipping.com.
Standard shipping is consistently free and usually takes between 7–21
days for delivery.

Freight Shipping

Because we carry large and heavy equipment such as John Deere, Cub Cadet
& Mechmaxx machinery, these items ship via freight carriers chosen at
our discretion.

Note: Freight shipments are delivered curbside. Delivery
drivers are not responsible for moving items indoors. Please arrange
assistance if needed.

Delays may occur due to freight complexities. Delivery times cannot be
guaranteed.

Lead Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed promptly; weekend orders
(Saturday/Sunday) process the next business day.

In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days after processing.
Backordered items may require extra time.

Lead times are estimates and may vary due to supply chain factors.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email indicating
your order is received and your credit card is pre-authorized.

If items are on backorder or unavailable, pre-authorization will be canceled
and you’ll be notified.

If items ship within 5 business days, charges will be processed and the
order submitted for shipment.

Order Shipment

In-stock orders typically ship within five business days after charges
process. Tracking info will be emailed within 24 hours of shipping.

If you don’t receive tracking info within six business days, contact us at support@cubtools.com.

No Shipping Outside the USA

We only ship within the United States.

Changing Address

We will try to accommodate address changes after an order is processed or
shipped, but expect delays.

Any additional fees from address changes are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Times & Responsibilities

All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If you cancel due to shipping delays, you are responsible for all related
fees.

Chargebacks due to shipping delays may be treated as theft and pursued
legally.

How To Prepare For Delivery

Inspect packaging upon delivery. Note any damages on the delivery receipt
before signing.

Report damages within 24 hours by emailing photos and details to support@cubtools.com. Failure to
report may limit support.

Damaged Items

Notify us of any damage within 5 business days. Late reports may void refund
or replacement eligibility.

We offer options like replacement parts, discounts, or refunds. Please do
not use damaged items if requesting these.

Keep packaging for inspection and respond to offers within 3 business days.

Missing Items

Report missing items within 5 business days, marking the delivery receipt
accordingly and informing the driver.

We will replace untraceable missing items at no charge. Late reports may be
rejected.

We are not responsible for project delays due to missing items.

Stolen Packages For Postal Deliveries

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If marked "delivered" by the
carrier, please file a claim with them directly.
