Max Cutting Diameter
This EFS mower has its 60’’ working width and the ability to mulch up to 0.75’’ diameter material.
Belt Tensioner
The belt tensioner ensures the drive belt is properly tensioned which is crucial for efficient power transfer from the engine to the flail shaft and, in turn, the cutting blades. This prevents belt slippage, reduces wear on the belt and pulleys, and ensures consistent cutting performance.
Outside Rotor Bearing
The bearings of the EFS mower are external, which is convenient for user maintenance and later repairs. The high-quality bearings of shaft bearings are required in applications with high loads and dynamic forces. These bearings run smoothly, quietly, and coolly.
Rotor Shaft
The 2958 rpm rotor shaft speed ensures the flails have enough velocity to lift and chop the material, preventing bogging down and resulting in a cleaner cut, can lead to a more efficient and effective cut.
